The ABEX Index Committee has extended its system for collecting unit prices and simplified the reading of the price list by offering a range of prices. This slip includes the average unit prices of over four hundred significant items used for the construction of private homes. The list also provides users with the percentages of the housing units analysed for each trade, representing the relative importance of each trade and each of the charges involved in the construction of a building, including all charges: architectural fees, safety-related costs and value added tax.
